not expected.i never expected that. the tv laughed, and i walked out swearing. truth is, i was screaming, crying, my insides being eaten away by the truth of it all. the brutal, honest truth, shooting me in the heart like an already bloodstained bullet. but you lied again, you went too far. i never expected that.not expected.
who knowsi could hear the wind, and feel it making the car shudder. i was freezing. my bikini had made damp patches on my hoodie, and my shorts were dripping and clinging to my legs. i huddled closer to the person next to me, and tried to sleep with my head on their shoulder. no use. i leant my head against the window, the jerky movements of the car making my head bang and bruise. i looked out. the dark blue gray clouds had parted, and one single beam of light shone, reflecting off the water at angles where the bobs of not yet formed waves spread, about to hit the rocks.who knows
